Rattvik and surrounding areas

Our local Guide Sig! Very funny man! Told us lots of stories- took us to the Horse factory in Dala!

Toured the concert hall Dalhalla made in a limestone quarry by a famous Swedish Opera singer! Seats 4000 and so amazingly acoustic! We sang a few songs! Anders our other local guide sang a song for us as well as recited a poem.

The smallest horse in the world through the magnifying glass!

We see moose crossing signs everywhere- have not seen a real one yet-

Our lunch place above the lake- Had a lovely salad bar with either fish or sausage and meatballs.

Our local church next to hotel where we sang our 1st concert- lovely acoustics and a nice audience of about 50 people! No clapping until the end, but they liked us!

Our hotel in Rattvik! Very nice on the lake!

Ralph, Greg & Steve playing chess at our hotel.

Our bus driver took us out to the town for a wine down party by the river-this was at 1030 pm as you can see it is very light still!
