Nursery inside main church!
Lovely flowers! Whole garden smelled like roses! Wild roses!
Ruins near hotel- walked to town to big bridge as tradition says everyone must walk the length of bridge on Midsummer's Night Day at midnight,pick 7 different kinds of flowers and then find 9 fences to jump over,put the flowers under your pillow and whomever you dream about you will marry- we skipped the fences and made it to end of pier around 1030pm as you can see it doesn't get dark!!!
Our bus driver came with us on walk-Magnus- looking for Beer for us- as everything is shut for festival! We had 3.2% beer at our dinner at 5pm-but awful thirsty after walking miles! Water will have to do- my feet are falling off!!!
